Commis Chef at Shelby & Co, Birmingham Airport
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to£14.10 per hour.
Shift Pattern: Night shift
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts due to responsibilities within the role.

AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOU'LL BE:
* Helping with deliveries
* Preparing meats and vegetables
* Assisting fellow chefs
* Stock rotation
* Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
* Time management for prep and service
* Accurate measurement of ingredients and portions
* Cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager
* Cooking dishes from the menu confidently
