I'm working with an independent brand and digital agency in Leeds that's hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager to work directly with the founder on new business growth.
The agency works with ambitious brands across the UK and beyond, crafting brand and digital experiences that help them stand out, scale up and stay ahead. The client list spans household names and category disruptors, and the team has picked up industry recognition for both creative and digital work over the past year. It's a studio that takes craft seriously, keeps things independent, and genuinely enjoys pushing ideas further than most.
This is a hands on role where you'll be close to the action from day one. You'll work directly with the founder on LinkedIn outreach, shaping a tone of voice that feels personal rather than templated. You'll build targeted prospect lists aligned to the agency's ideal client, keep the CRM genuinely up to date, and make sure follow ups stay on track. You'll also help turn ideas into LinkedIn posts and light campaigns that actually sound human. It sits between marketing and sales, leaning into execution rather than strategy or closing.
What you'll be involved in
Working directly with the founder on LinkedIn outreach and content. Building and maintaining prospect lists. Looking after the CRM end to end. Keeping follow ups moving so nothing falls through. Shaping ideas into posts, messages and light campaigns. Reporting on activity and pipeline so everyone has a clear view of progress.
What I'm looking for
* One to four years in a marketing, sales support or growth focused role
* A strong writer, the kind of person who can make a cold message read like a warm one
* Comfortable on LinkedIn and in a CRM (HubSpot, Brevo, Pipedrive or similar)
* Genuinely interested in how businesses grow
* Organised, proactive, and happy with weekly accountability in a fast moving environment
* Passionate and motivated, not just ticking boxes
