Job Description
We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (days/nights/alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hope House .
Shift times 7.45am - 8pm and 7.45pm - 8am.
This is based in Hartlepool, Hope House supports adults living with a learning disability, including individuals who have additional mental and physical ill-health and behaviours that may challenge.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
