Academics is currently recruiting passionate and caring Nursery Assistants and Early Years Practitioners to support welcoming nurseries across the Ellesmere Port area.

The Role
As a Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Assist with age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
* Assist with daily routines, care needs, and indoor/outdoor activities
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of the EYFS curriculum is desirable
* Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable
* Relevant safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
