Senior Account Director - IT Solutions
Base Salary: £60,000–£65,000
Package: 25% OTE + overrides
Location: Anywhere in the UK (remote)
We’re working with an expanding UK based IT technology solutions provider that is entering an ambitious growth phase. Currently turning over circa £5m, the business has a clear and realistic plan to scale to £15million over the coming years and is investing accordingly in senior sales talent.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join a highly credible, partner-led organisation and play a key role in driving revenue growth across enterprise and large mid-market clients.
The Role
* Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client relationships across the UK
* Drive new business alongside expanding existing accounts, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships
* Sell across a broad technology stack including servers, storage, networking, security and managed services, including VoIP
* Work closely with vendor partners including HPE, Dell and Cisco
* Engage with complex client environments, including organisations with 100k+ users
* Contribute strategically to the wider growth plans of the business, not just individual targets
About You
* An established Account Director or Senior Account Manager within IT infrastructure or IT managed services
* Proven experience selling enterprise-grade solutions across servers, storage, networking, security and managed services
* Strong vendor exposure (HPE, Dell, Cisco or similar)
* A demonstrable book of clients you can bring with you
* Comfortable operating at C-level and senior stakeholder level
* Commercially astute, self-sufficient and motivated by scale and long-term growth
