Key Responsibilities:
In this varied role, you'll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:
* Providing on-site fault support and resolution
* Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover
* Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions
* Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work
* Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:

* Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role
