Salary: £90- £110 a day (experience dependent)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support in schools in and around Cramlington. Here, you will be supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom.
The Role:
* Providing small group, and 1:1 support to SEND students
* Assisting the class teacher with any student learning support
* Helping pupils achieve socially and academically
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous teaching experience working with SEN children (desired but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* Patience and compassion towards students with additional needs
