We're looking for an ambitious NQ–2 PQE Commercial Solicitor to join our team and help deliver exceptional, partner-led legal services to our growing client base.
ROLE
As part of our commercial team, you will:
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements
* Advise clients on day-to-day commercial law matters and general legal queries
* Support on corporate transactions, including M&A, shareholder matters, and corporate restructuring
* Assist with company secretarial and corporate governance matters
* Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical, commercially focused advice
* Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* NQ–2 PQE with solid, demonstrable experience in commercial and corporate law gained in private practice
* Strong working knowledge of core legal concepts and commercial law principles — this is not a role for those at the start of their learning curve
* Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts to a high standard
* Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, polished work
* Dedicated, resilient, and genuinely passionate about commercial law
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, client-first mindset
