We have a number of exciting construction projects already secured and a strong pipeline of future work across the Northern Home Counties, with project values ranging from £30m to £200m. As a result, we are seeking site based Quantity Surveyors to further strengthen our Commercial team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of major projects, supporting commercial performance and helping to ensure successful project outcomes from pre‑construction through to final account.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the commercial management of projects from inception to completion
* Assisting with procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
* Preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations
* Managing variations, change control and commercial risk
* Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts
* Working closely with delivery, design and supply chain teams
* Ensuring commercial processes align with company standards and best practice
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or the built environment
* Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes
* Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
* Experience on medium to large construction projects is beneficial
