What You'll Be Doing:
Keep production machinery and plant equipment in top condition with routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
Quickly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Support installations, modifications, and commissioning of new equipment.
Execute preventative maintenance schedules and accurately log all work.
Work closely with production teams to implement efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
Respond to breakdowns calmly and effectively, keeping production moving.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or technician in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge.
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to work days or back shifts.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
