Key Responsibilities
Lead improvement initiatives by identifying inefficient processes, finding better ways of working, and guiding teams through changes that boost productivity and reduce waste.
Coach and train staff across the business on continuous improvement methods, helping them develop the skills and confidence to apply new practices day to day.
Support major operational projects, acting as a facilitator to ensure tasks stay on track, problems are solved quickly, and everyone involved understands the goals and actions required.
Promote a strong improvement culture by encouraging teams to share ideas, adopt new ways of working, and stay engaged with ongoing improvement activities.
Maintain clear standards and documentation, ensuring processes are well explained, updates are communicated, and improvements are measurable and sustainable.
Help drive safe and efficient operations by supporting audits, promoting safe working practices, and contributing to environmental and waste reduction efforts.
Monitor progress and performance, reviewing results from improvement activities, identifying further opportunities, and ensuring momentum is maintained.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Experience in manufacturing, operations, or process‑led environments.
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
Confidence leading teams through change and inspiring continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.Please note that a driving licence and own vehicle is required for this role. Additional desirable qualities include experience in regulated environments, sustainability initiatives, project management, or advanced CI/lean qualifications.
