Position: Concession Manager (Luxury beauty)
Contract: Temporary, up to 4 weeks
Location: Oxford Street
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Flexible schedule required, including weekends
Pay: £16-£19 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community.
* Implement brand retail standards and practises to drive operational efficiency and brand consistency.
* analyse sales data and customer feedback to enhance store performance and satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance our retail presence.
Sales and Performance Management
* Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the team to set and achieve individual and collective sales goals.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for optimal product availability.
* Create and manage store rotas efficiently.
Customer Engagement and Experience
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
* Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that resonate with our brand.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Team Development and Coaching
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members, instilling our core values and standards.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for individual and team growth.

* Proven experience in a management role within the luxury retail industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in coaching and developing a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
* A passion for the beauty industry.
* Successful track record in driving sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
* Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends (IMPORTANT).
* Skilled at building collaborative, positive business relationships at all management levels.
