Location: Langport, Somerset, TA10 9RB.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Dependent on experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor) to join our growing residential property team. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion, delivering an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
• Maintain regular client communication and deliver excellent client care
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions
• Ensure all files are managed in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
• Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 years’ of residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Familiarity with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
