An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Admin assistant based at Lochalsh Health Centre in Kyle of Lochalsh, working at the main reception with opportunities for training in other admin areas and occasional coverage at Broadford/Portree Hospitals.
This is a permanent position covering 20 hours per week. Lochalsh Health Centre provides access to health and social care services in the community, so the role will be busy and fulfilling.
Responsibilities and expectations:
* Be proactive, dynamic and able to work on your own initiative.
* Provide vital admin support to various teams working from and visiting the health centre.
* Deliver excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Participate in training and support to develop admin skills.
Qualifications:
* Proactive, dynamic attitude; ability to work independently.
* Good communication and customer service skills (preferred, not essential).
* Willingness to learn with full training and support provided.
