We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role is built for ambitious, proven closers who want the backing of a strong brand, warm opportunities from our SDR team, and a clear path to leadership.
What You'll Do
• Take ownership of the full 360° sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close.
• Work with our Lead Generation team to convert high-quality, pre-qualified opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and SME deals (multi-connection and high-value opportunities).
• Deliver against monthly GP targets and consistently exceed expectations.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive growth and retention.
What We're Looking For
• A proven track record in B2B new business sales (telecoms background preferred but not essential).
• Consistent track record of £10k+ GP per month.
• Confident negotiator and closer with strong commercial acumen.
• Skilled communicator who can influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
