Job Overview
Be instrumental in supporting their customer service team by communicating with customers, providing technical support, and acting as a liaison between their purchasing, parts and customer service departments as well as hands on checking of returns
Support the overall development and growth of the spare parts category.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manning the telephone lines in Customer Service.
* Support the team by identifying requirements for customers.
* Testing of returned parts to diagnose issues
* Evaluate solutions and communicate them back to the customer and wider team
Necessary skills to do your job:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to multi-task priorities and manage time effectively
