We are currently seeking an experienced Italian-speaking M&A lawyer to support a growing pipeline of cross-border corporate transactions
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong M&A experience who enjoys working closely with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with significant experience in M&A and corporate transact
ions* Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
Location:
* Open to candidates based in London, elsewhere in the UK, or across Europe (including the Netherlands/Amsterdam)
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required
Contract:
* Interim/consulting opportunity
* Flexible working arrangements
* Duration 6 months
