About the School
This is an English-medium, non-denominational mixed primary school maintained by Cardiff Council. The school is a two-form entry setting and also has a dedicated ASD base, providing additional support for pupils with autism.

About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class. You will work closely alongside the class teacher, assisting with a range of classroom and educational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils with learning activities such as 1:1 reading, spelling, and subject-specific tasks
* Providing general classroom assistance
* Supporting behaviour management within the class
* Assisting with lunchtime supervision
* Supporting outdoor learning sessions and PE lessons
* Accompanying pupils on school trips
* Engaging in training and development opportunities where available
This is a full academic year position starting in September.
