Role Summary
As Duty Manager, you will ensure our centres are welcoming, clean and safe by managing and supporting the team to undertake their daily responsibilities.

* Manage and support staff to perform their roles.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive environment.
Qualifications
* First Aid at Work Certificate – desirable (willingness to gain considered).
* Enhanced DBS check.
* The ability to develop and motivate a team of staff.
* Experience of day‑to‑day management and responsibility for an area of income.
* Knowledge and understanding of business and budgetary performance.
* Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
* Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
* Ability to work flexibly with autonomy and decision‑making confidence.
* Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
Hours
11 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (rota basis).
Salary
Up to £8,058 per annum.
