They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire an experienced Legal Counsel for their team.
Job Description
As Legal Counsel, you will be:
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, NDAs, supply agreements, transaction agreements.
4. Collaborating with in-house stakeholders (regulatory, engineering, supply chain) to structure deals that align with business objectives.
5. Drafting legal documents, policies, procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Legal Counsel will be:
6. Around 3/4 PQE
7. Have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturing
8. Commercially minded, pragmatic, confident
9. Able to influence stakeholder and build good relationships
What's on Offer
