About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established and respected commercial vehicle dealership operation in Watford.
Working as part of a professional front-of-house team, you will deliver first-class customer service, ensuring enquiries, payments, and concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally ideally at first point of contact.
This role would suit someone with experience in commercial vehicles, HGV, truck dealerships or the automotive aftersales sector.
Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times
Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Provide repair estimates, price quotations, and maintenance advice
Manage customer enquiries, payments, and complaint resolution
Register new vehicles accurately
Ensure invoices and vehicle taxing are processed correctly and on time
Source unavailable parts from suppliers and coordinate delivery
Support smooth workflow within the service reception
Maintain accurate administrative records
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
About You Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor (commercial vehicles preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of administration systems and PC literacy
Understanding of the commercial vehicle aftersales market
Professional and customer-focused approach
