Hours: Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour day
Summary:
We are hiring Deployment Engineers to support a large Windows 11 rollout across two Derby campus clinics. This is a user-facing role focused on device swaps — working from a simple work script, you’ll complete approximately 14 device exchanges per day in 1-to-1 30-minute slots.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute sessions
* Swap devices, complete scripted checks, confirm successful handover
* Ensure new device boots, connects, and functions correctly
* Collect and record return of old devices
* Escalate any issues to on-site technical support
Ideal Experience:
* Previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer confidence
* Comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments
