As the Training Administrator you will play a vital role supporting Lanes Group's Training Department ensuring all records are kept up to date and our workers are compliant and able to work.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate training records
* Liaise with training suppliers
* Generate training reports
* Ensure audit compliance
* Compile certificates
* Access and maintain spreadsheets
* Answer phone calls
* Ordering and booking training
Qualifications & Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
* Health and Safety awareness certification – desirable but not essential
* Minimum 2 years' experience in training administration – desirable but not essential
* Proven track record in maintaining training records – desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of utility operations
