Are you a passionate and experienced nurse with specialist knowledge in children and young people's respiratory care and long-term ventilation (LTV)? EACH is seeking a clinical nurse specialist (CYP Long Term Ventilation & Respiratory Care) to lead and deliver expert, evidence-based care for babies, children, and young people (BCYP) with complex respiratory and LTV needs. This is a unique opportunity to work across three of our hospices and within a home setting, supporting families and developing the skills of our care teams. This role is offered on a full-time basis but can consider part-time applications for over 30 hours per week. Shifts include weekend working and possibly some nights with flexibility to meet service needs. Interviews will be held on 14/11/25.
Responsibilities
 * Deliver highly specialised, family-centred nursing care for BCYP with respiratory and LTV needs.
 * Act as an expert resource and advocate for families, supporting safe care planning and hospital discharge.
 * Lead and support clinical teaching, competency development, and service improvement initiatives.
 * Collaborate with regional respiratory teams and contribute to seamless transition planning to adult services.
 * Be a visible clinical leader, providing mentorship and situational learning across EACH locations.
