* Door Supervision licence holders with a CCTV licence.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
* Offering guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers including members of the public, patients and staff.
* Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
* Being a smart, approachable, and proactive presence as a security representative.
* Managing and responding to incidents – including challenging situations effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
* Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team.
* Escorting patients and ensuring their safety.
* Locating and assisting with missing patients.
* Responding to fire, intruder and panic alarms.
* Providing security escorts and managing traffic flow.
* Conducting car park checks and maintaining equipment.
* Handling and delivering cash securely.
* Performing driving duties as required.
