As the saying goes, no two days will be the same, but overall, you'll be doing:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients who would traditionally be referred to secondary care rheumatology services with non-inflammatory or persistent joint problems.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, to manage patients' conditions effectively.
* Provide specialist advice to requests from stakeholders across the pathway.
* Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
* Maintain professional relationships with external clinical stakeholders (such as secondary care consultants and GPs) to facilitate successful partnership working and high-quality rheumatology care delivery.


Main duties of the job

Connect Health and Healthshare have merged into Cora Health, combining extensive experience in healthcare services. We seek an experienced Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist) passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. This role offers opportunities for growth within an established team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care for people with MSK conditions, undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate and review treatment programs, and ensure effective care and timely discharge. Managing a varied caseload, committed to CPD, and eager to improve patient outcomes are essential qualities. Our recruitment process includes a video assessment followed by a competency-based interview.
