As the saying goes, no two days will be the same, but overall, you'll be doing:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients who would traditionally be referred to secondary care rheumatology services with non-inflammatory or persistent joint problems.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, to manage patients' conditions effectively.
* Provide specialist advice to requests from stakeholders across the pathway.
* Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
* Maintain professional relationships with external clinical stakeholders (such as secondary care consultants and GPs) to facilitate successful partnership working and high-quality rheumatology care delivery.
