The UK Enterprise Advertiser team continues to deliver positive growth this year, bringing in new, high profile clients and continuing to expand our UK footprint at an impressive rate. As a result this hugely motivated and high performing team is looking for an additional like-minded International Advertising Sales Manager to join them.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify, engage and cement relationships and ultimately campaign bookings across the International account teams and brands within the amalgamated Omnicom IPG agency. Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
1. 5+ years of strong advertising sales experience focussed on direct marketers, brands and agencies. Knowledge of the media agency/brand landscape is essential for this role.
2. Proven track record of delivering results and ability to successfully close negotiations with senior decision makers
3. A true passion for digital advertising, and a strong sales drive with an ability to build strategic partnerships
4. Strong analytical skills to drive influence with concise messaging backed by data
5. Familiarity, knowledge and existing agency/client contacts across the industry essential, the ideal focus being UK based Omnicom and IPG international accounts
6. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
7. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential
8. The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!

As an International Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll:
9. Have a growth mindset from day one
10. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure you and the team exceed revenue targets each quarter
11. Identify the ICP (ideal customer profile) brands and build & execute a customer-led strategy with the top multi-market focussed brands across Omnicom and IPG
12. Network extensively, building both your reputation and awareness and also that of the Realize platform
13. Present and sell Taboola’s suite of advertising products with a consultative approach focussed on the client KPIs and performance metrics
14. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service and that we are continually maximising every opportunity
