Legal Secretary (Temp – Ongoing) London | Up to £55,000 | 4 days office-based
An opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded international law firm for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their London secretarial services function on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting senior Business Support professionals and working closely with the wider London secretarial team.

The role:

* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to senior Business Support members
\t
* Working collaboratively with the London secretarial team to ensure seamless support across the office
\t
* Producing, amending and formatting legal documentation to a high standard
\t
* Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and diaries
\t
* Supporting business development and client administration processes
\t
* Managing filing, expenses, time recording and general administrative tasks
\t
* Acting as a proactive and dependable team player, particularly during busy periods
The ideal candidate:

* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm or professional services environment
\t
* Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
\t
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\t
* Calm, professional and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise under pressure
\t
* Confident communicator with a positive, team-oriented approach
Hours: 09:00–17:00, with flexibility required during peak periods
Working pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
