Job Purpose
The Commercial Operations Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between internal functions—including Production, Finance, Logistics, ESG, and Sourcing teams—and the regional Sales organisation. This role ensures seamless coordination of commercial activities by managing sales administration, maintaining data accuracy, producing key commercial reports, and supporting sales teams with operational tasks. The position plays a crucial role in enabling efficient sales execution, improving customer communication, and ensuring that commercial processes and data are accurate, timely, and reliable.

Knowledge, experience & skills
The job holder must:
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
* Demonstrable experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination, Customer Service, or similar roles.
* Experience working in industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or commodities sectors is an advantage.
* Familiarity with pricing structures, costing, and margin analysis.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of sales operations, commercial processes, and sales‑to‑cash workflows.
* Ability to analyse sales data, profitability, and pricing structures.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
* Strong Excel skills, including data management and reporting.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
