What You’ll Do
* Lead & Empower: Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity.
* Create Impact: Deliver seamless front‑of‑house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
* Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
* Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.

Requirements
This role is for you if you have:
* Experience in the hospitality, retail or coworking industry.
* Experience in supervising or leading in a customer‑facing environment.
* Highly refined verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
* Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Individual who consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
* Very well organised and excellent time‑keeping.
* Professional integrity and trustworthiness.
