The Medical Information (MI) Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring operational optimisation, quality and compliance of MI activities across Europe and Canada (EUCAN) with a specific focus on analytics, planning and channels. The MI EUCAN Operations Manager team collaborates closely with International MI Operations Lead/Managers (in International MI and Review [MI&R]) and the EUCAN MI leadership team for: the prioritization and implementation in EUCAN of the MI&R Operations strategy (e.g., on digital tools and channels, content access) with the goal of delivering a quality, customer-centric, operationally efficient and forward-looking MI service. the continuous improvement of systems and processes pertaining to the business and regulatory needs of MI EUCAN. the Operations Manager has an oversight on the local processes and guidelines in EUCAN, supports audits, oversees EUCAN MI operations planning, performs data analysis across MI EUCAN to provide key operational metrics & customer insights. The Operations Manager exhibits a broad knowledge of Pfizer products and Therapeutic Areas (TA), works closely with MI colleagues and interacts with key internal stakeholders. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Work along with MI colleagues (EUCAN MI TA Leads, Customer Experience (CX), Country Relationship Managers/Partners (CRM/Ps), MI Scientists) and International MI&R Operations, and interacts with internal stakeholders (e.g., Safety, Product Quality, Medical Quality Governance, Medical, Digital, Technology, Analytics, Systems). Oversee EUCAN MI operations planning ; support the interface and collaboration optimization between EUCAN MI Frontline/CX and Secondline. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and oversee local or EUCAN MI procedures and guidelines. Partner with MQG for Work Instruction & guidelines review and modification for MI EUCAN, collating input from CX and/or Secondline. Identify continuous opportunities to improve MI processes applicable to EUCAN. Support International MI&R Operations and the EUCAN MI LT to ensure audits and inspection readiness for Pfizer MI in EUCAN. Participate to Business Continuity Planning. Support MI EUCAN Lead to establish and operationalize initiatives with the goal of improving team efficiency to ensure that MI EUCAN is working in a customer focused manner to provide timely, accurate, and fair-balanced information in response to MI requests about Pfizer products. May also support cross-functional initiatives to advance departmental goals and mission. Actively collaborate with International MI Operations to prioritize, communicate and implement in EUCAN the MI&R operations & digital strategy. Perform data analysis across MI EUCAN to provide key operational metrics, trends & customer insights and propose actions to improve EUCAN operational performance. Interact with relevant MI colleagues on specific inquiry management and complaints and manage local stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance and quality customer service. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BS in Pharmacy or related field. Master's in Science or PharmD preferred. Pharmaceutical industry experience and success working in a highly matrixed environment. Familiarity with Pfizer organization, its R&D and digital strategy, as well as a broad knowledge of regulatory and healthcare environments in EUCAN countries. Proven Medical Information experience preferred, with knowledge of MI systems/tools, and MI Operations experience advantageous Change agility, collaboration, problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, deliver results while on tight timelines, and meet changing priorities. Experience working in a multi-cultural virtual environment, with global or international experience advantageous. Analytical capabilities combined with planning and project management skills. High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e., Microsoft office), Generative AI tools and keyboarding skills.
