PAEDIATRIC RESPIRATORY PHYSIOTHERAPIST BAND 6
Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow.
37 Hours per Week, Fixed Term 9 months
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable physiotherapist with appropriate clinical experience to join our respiratory physiotherapy team at RHC Glasgow in a 9 month fixed term post. Please ensure you have your line manager’s approval if you would be interested in a secondment opportunity.
You should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to work as part of the multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in the management of respiratory conditions is essential as this post includes working across a number of specialty areas including paediatric critical care, cardiac surgery, chest wall disorders, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, neuro-disability and neuro-muscular disease. These specialty areas deliver services across in-patient and out-patient settings including support in the community.
The Acute Paediatric Physiotherapy team is committed to support all staff with their continued professional development and life-long learning.
Respiratory on-call evening, weekend and public holiday duties will be required.
