We are recruiting resilient people to work as Teaching Assistants in an alternative provision for students who have been excluded from mainstream settings. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health, Youth Work, or Teaching. The School An alternative provision supporting students who have experienced trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), behavioural difficulties and disrupted education. Classes are small, highly structured and supported by an experienced and trauma-informed staff team. Students follow personalised learning plans to help them re-engage with education in a safe environment.
