Project Controls Manager
Templecombe – hybrid working (3 days in the office weekly)

Role overview:
We seek a Project Controls Manager with a strong background in project management/control, eager to add people management to their expertise. The candidate should have a proven track record in delivering effective project control reporting across multiple programs or portfolios. The role involves supporting current portfolios, implementing specialist tools, and upskilling PMO teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with company processes.
Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of our work, this role requires Security Clearance (SC). It is advantageous if currently held; otherwise, the successful candidate must undergo, achieve, and maintain SC clearance before employment. Visit the UKSV website for details.
About You:
You should be capable of multitasking and prioritizing independently, with the ability to meet deadlines and apply advanced project controls techniques. Experience supporting project delivery, understanding the full business lifecycle, and familiarity with scheduling tools (WBS, OBS, milestones, dependencies, EVM) are essential. Strong negotiation, presentation, report writing skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are required. Expertise in reporting, risk management, and project scheduling tools, along with a proven record of team growth, are preferred.
Candidates must provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK, and employment/education history for up to three years. Some roles may require additional security clearance documentation.
