The Role of Area Sales Manager
* This is a field / home based role covering Northern Ireland.
* The Area Sales Manager will be selling leading brand of flooring related products into Flooring Distributors such as Headlam, Likewise, Carpet & Flooring as well as driving demand with flooring Contractors. The Area Sales Manager will also manage and develop relationships with flooring stockists, builders merchants and retailers including Topps Tiles.
* As Area Sales Manager, you will inherit one of the best performing areas and you will be tasked with developing and maintaining merchant accounts dealing at branch level.
* You will work with accounts, educating them on new and existing products and driving demand.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager role
* We are looking for a strong candidate with a solid track record of selling into builders merchants, driving demand with contractors and back selling.
* OR a field sales professional that works for a merchant that wants to move to a manufacturer
* Candidates that have familiarity with flooring / flooring distributors (Headlam, Likewise, Carpet & Flooring etc) or retailers would be of particular interest.
