Overview
Ward Manager – Warwickshire Hospital. Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary up to £57,324 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the ward department.
* Lead a team of highly qualified nurses.
* Ensure we deliver excellent patient care.
* Use existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience.
Qualifications
* Registered RGN with NMC registration.
* Mentorship qualification.
Experience
* Previous role as Junior Sister, Charge Nurse, or Ward Manager.
* Demonstrated strong leadership, organisational and motivation skills.
