Role Overview
We have an opportunity for a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner/Nursing Associate to join our friendly and supportive team on a 13 month fixed term or secondment basis.
The role involves supporting service users in physical health screening and the delivery of a range of physical health interventions, including physical observations, ECGs and phlebotomy (or willingness to undertake appropriate training) for people presenting with mental health problems.
Good organisational skills are required to plan and organise regular physical health clinics or home visits to ensure service users receive support as part of our EI model. There is also an opportunity to support service users around social recovery.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care / Mental Health at Level 5.
