<div><h3>Registered Manager (Childrens home)</h3><p>Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + up to £7,000 bonus</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a beautiful 3-bed childrens home set in a rural location near Shrewsbury.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, therapeutic organisation committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.</p><p>As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance and care in line with Ofsted regulations. You will lead, support and develop a dedicated team, creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the overall management of the childrens home</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards</li><li>Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff</li><li>Promote a therapeutic and child-centred approach to care</li><li>Oversee care planning, quality assurance and service development</li><li>Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
</li><li>Work closely with external professionals and stakeholders</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><ul><li>An experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up</li><li>Knowledgeable in childrens homes regulations and Ofsted requirements</li><li>A confident and proven leader with strong team development skills</li><li>Passionate about therapeutic care and improving young lives</li><li>Holding (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Salary up to £55,000 per annum</li><li>Performance‑related bonus of up to £7,000</li><li>Death in Service benefit</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Full DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) training for all managers</li></ul></div>
