Overview
We are looking for an Attendance Administrator to ensure that daily attendance information is up to date, and to undertake first day calls to families when a student is not in the Academy. You will verify the reason for absence, log voicemail messages and telephone calls, and keep Pastoral Managers informed of any attendance problems, long-term and persistent absences or lateness.

* GRADE: Band D SCP 9-17
* SALARY: £25,368 - £28,993 actual salary per annum
* HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 3 weeks

Key Responsibilities
* To ensure all student attendance records are accurate and up to date.
* To produce accurate management reports to support the drive to improve attendance across the school.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school and Trust policies including the staff code of conduct.
