Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law to provide informed counsel.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Job Type: Full Time – 5 days a week on site
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Job Summary: A fast‑paced and growing law firm in Taunton, MA is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Manager to support day‑to‑day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable with financial data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process weekly client billing.
- Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts (IOLTA).
- Manage accounts payable and bill payment.
- Perform and monitor positive pay banking functions.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Assist attorneys and staff with billing inquiries and account matters.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Support general office administration and operations.
Qualifications:

Job Title: Mortgage Loan Originator (Independent Broker Platform)
Employment Type: W2 or 1099
Location: Remote / Flexible
Job Summary: Licensed in 41 states, this platform offers wholesale access to over 100 lenders with competitive pricing. The role supports various loan types including forward, reverse, and commercial origination. You will be responsible for building business, securing client referrals, and managing the loan origination process with available training and support.
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license (required).
- State licensing in one or more of our 29 licensed states.
- Experience sourcing business or commitment to building a referral network.
- Willingness to bring or build a referral network.
- 2 years experience as an LO; ideally written 12+ loans in the last 12 calendar months.
