Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join a dynamic team within the utilities sector. This role is crucial for providing key commercial insights and reporting to the senior leadership team, including board-level reports. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on automating reporting processes, improving efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with various business units to ensure that reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligns with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Board Reporting & Insights:
1. Design, develop, and deliver high-quality board-level reports, presenting critical business performance data and commercial insights.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand reporting needs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
3. Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and aligned with the strategic priorities of the business.
4. Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis for board meetings, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
