As a Finance Manager you will play a key role in maintaining system accuracy across Xero, ensuring data integrity between payment gateways and bank accounts. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for producing rolling cashflow forecasts, supporting VAT compliance, and improving financial controls and reporting processes across multiple entities. DUTIES Your duties as the Finance Manager include: Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Oversee daily transaction processing across all entities in Xero Reconcile Accounts: Ensure accurate reconciliation between sales systems, payment gateways, and bank accounts Manage Cashflow Forecasts: Maintain daily cash positions and prepare rolling 12-week cashflow forecasts Monitor Variances: Track actual versus forecast performance and investigate discrepancies Support VAT Compliance: Oversee multi-currency reconciliations and European VAT submissions Ensure Data Accuracy: Align financial data with operational and commercial information Develop Reports: Assist in producing dashboards and financial performance reports Improve Processes: Enhance and automate financial processes for accuracy and efficiency Control Systems: Strengthen internal controls and financial governance procedures CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience of working as a Finance Manager or similar finance role Strong working knowledge of Xero and associated integrations Experience managing cashflow, reconciliations, and multi-currency accounts Familiarity with European VAT and cross-border financial compliance Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work across multiple systems and meet tight deadlines HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
