Job description

Idex Consulting is working with a leading IFA practice in Stirling to recruit an experienced Financial Administrator.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support across all areas of financial planning
2. Use Intelligent Office (IO) and various provider platforms
3. Obtain quotes, illustrations, product details, and required paperwork
4. Prepare client valuations and annual review packs
5. Process new business applications accurately and efficiently
6. Liaise directly with providers and respond to client queries
7. Maintain and update client records in line with compliance standards


Experience:

8. Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role is essential
9. Confident working with platforms and financial planning systems (IO preferred)
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
11. Professional communication skills with a client-first approach
