Job Purpose To support and work alongside the Finance Recoveries team, processing payments upon receipt whilst providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities • Processing payment to clients and third parties. • Using written, electronic and verbal communication to chase any overdue payments on a daily basis. • Providing clients with updates via email and telephone. • Ensure daily work schedules are maintained to the best of their ability • Rectify any file queries to ensure files can be completed proactively. • Ensuring all ISO27001 requirements are met and adhered to • Observing and maintaining firm confidentiality in relation to all correspondence and communications • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business Experience and Knowledge • Good literacy and numeracy skills • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Customer focussed • Ability to cope under pressure • Ability to work to deadlines • An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries, as well as in a team, to achieve maximum results • Good attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities. • Good organisation and time management skills Here at Carpenters group diversity and inclusion matters, it is integral to our culture and we welcome applications from everyone.
