Position: In-House Residential Conveyancer
Location: Greater London (4 days a week office based)
Salary Guide: £35,000 – £46,000 per annum + bonus + excellent benefits

We’re working with a respected and long-established residential developer to recruit an In-House Conveyancer to join their legal department with the office in Greater London (on the Kent/Surrey border). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a client-side legal role with a focus on plot sales, supporting the business from reservation through to completion.

The Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential plot sales, liaising closely with the internal sales department to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. As part of a friendly and collaborative in-house legal team, you’ll work on a wide range of conveyancing matters within a business that develops and sells high-quality homes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle plot sales from reservation through to post-completion.
* Work closely with Sales and Legal colleagues to track transaction progress.
* Draft and review contracts, manage enquiries and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure all matters are progressed in line with agreed timelines and legal requirements.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or non-qualified conveyancer with fee earning experience with a background handling residential conveyancing.
* Ideally, you will have experience in new build or plot sales work.
* Confident in handling your own caseload independently.
* Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
