They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September. This role will involve:
* Delivering targeted English and Maths interventions for lower ability pupils
* Supporting small groups of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assisting class teachers with planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Contributing to the creation of a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

What you'll need to succeed
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of intervention strategies in English and Maths
* Experience working with children with SEN
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
