The HR Systems and Data Manager will oversee the effective use of HR systems and ensure the integrity of HR data to support organisational goals. This role in the not-for-profit sector is based in Worcester. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Data Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our HR systems (iTrent & Stonefish), ensuring they effectively support operational, strategic, and statutory needs. You will:
* Oversee system upgrades, performance testing, permissions, and audit compliance.
* Identify and implement system improvements.
* Lead user groups to optimise HR functionality and reporting.
* Coordinate with IT/CAB to timely deploy updates.
* Establish work-flows for data quality & compliance (GDPR).
* Manage bulk data processes (e.g., pay reviews).
* Liaise with system providers for contracts and negotiations.
* Shape and execute HRIS projects.
* Produce and optimise statutory and management reports (Gender Pay Gap, HESA, REF, etc.)
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Systems and Data Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing HR systems and data analytics.
* Worked with ITrent previously.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
* Technical proficiency with HR software and reporting tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
* Relevant qualifications in HR, IT, or a related field.
