Job Description:

You will be working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider, supporting their support team as a technical escalation point. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Incident Resolution: Addressing technical issues escalated from 2nd line support
* Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as complete 365 migrations
* System Maintenance: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, applying patches
* User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems
* Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team with complex issues and projects
* Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes
