The Package
* Permanent contract
* 40 hours per week
* Agile - working at properties across North Wales
* Salary of £33,085 per annum
* Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role - Multi-Skilled Operative
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Multi-Trade Operative with Joinery as their main trade. The successful candidate will also have experience across a range of other trades, including plastering, tiling, lock fitting, and general maintenance. Basic IT skills and a full UK driving licence are essential, as the role will involve working on our void properties as part of the dedicated voids team.
Our Requirements - Multi-Skilled Operative
* City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in the joinery trade OR substantial demonstrable experience
* Understanding of Health and Safety and Waste Management regulations
* Ability to work independently
* High standards of work
* Accurate record management
* Ability to communicate clearly
* A flexible approach to the requirements of the job
* Basic IT skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Basic Welsh language skills
* A basic DBS check is required for this role
