SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create personalised learning plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles Implement strategies to support students in overcoming learning challenges Monitor and assess student progress regularly Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the UK educational system and SEN regulations Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certification in Special Education Experience using assistive technology in teaching students with SEN Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres Potential travel to student's homes for tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
